These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and MBI77 ("MBI77", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the MBI77 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://mbi77.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

MBI77 is operated for the Malaysian market. The Platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and international fixtures), lottery, poker, and other gaming entertainment services. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

In these Terms, unless context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on MBI77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. MBI77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Accounts opened by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed without notice and any funds or winings may be forfeited in full.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must be the legal beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or requires a specific licence not held by MBI77.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of MBI77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You may hold onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact email address. All information submitted during registration must belong to you personally.

MBI77 reserves the right to require additional verification documents at any point during your Account's existence, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKAD) or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used on the Account (e.g., screenshot of Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation for high-value deposits or withdrawals.

Until KYC verification is completed to MBI77's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend withdrawal functionality. MBI77 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals resulting from incomplete or pending verification.

You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential. You must notify MBI77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial gain, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, modify, copy, or interfere with any part of the Platform, its software, or its infrastructure.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by MBI77.
• You will not colude with other players, exploit software errors or vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of advantage play prohibited under applicable Game rules.
• You accept that all Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and that MBI77 does not manipulate Game results.
• You acknowledge that the platform is provided "as is" and that MBI77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
• You agree that MBI77's decision on any disputed Game outcome, account matter, or technical issue shall be final, subject to the formal complaints process described in Section 16.

MBI77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via verified local payment partners. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency methods (BTC and USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change with prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• MBI77 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed.
• Processing times may be extended pending KYC verification, fraud review, or technical maintenance periods.
• MBI77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. MBI77 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.

MBI77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any associated winings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified at the time of offer. Unused or unmet bonus conditions will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless MBI77 expressly states otherwise.
• MBI77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or who engage in any form of bonus abuse, will have all associated bonuses voided and their Accounts may be suspended.

MBI77's Birthday Bonus Programme and Refer a Friend Programme are governed by specific programme terms available on the respective promotion pages. General bonus terms apply unless the programme-specific terms expressly provide otherwise.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the MBI77 Platform. Specific rules for individual Games and sports markets are published within each Game interface and sports betting section.

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and are displayed within the relevant Game or market. MBI77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• MBI77 reserves the right to void any wager placed at manifestly incorrect odds or as a result of a clear pricing error, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
• In sports betting, where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules, MBI77 will apply its standard settlement procedure as published on the sportsbook page.
• For live in-play betting markets, the Platform's acceptance of a wager constitutes final confirmation of the odds and stake at the precise moment of acceptance. Pre-acceptance odds fluctuations will not be honoured.
• All casino Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each Game is as certified by the relevant game studio and is available upon request.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the MBI77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with MBI77.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the sole purpose of withdrawing them without meaningful play.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Coluding with other players in any Game to gain an unfair advantage, including poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or artificial game inflation.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward MBI77 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any Platform security measure, account restriction, or self-exclusion that has been applied to your Account.

All content on the MBI77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, images, text, branding, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and user experience flows — is owned by or licensed to MBI77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from MBI77.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use MBI77's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any commercial context or in a manner likely to cause confusion.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in legal action by MBI77 to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBI77 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of winings, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of access to the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Actions of third-party payment providers or banking institutions causing delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit MBI77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

MBI77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Account for any unlawful purpose.
• Confirmed multiple-account ownership or other bonus abuse activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a verified court order or regulatory direction.
• A determination that the Account holder is or has become a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, MBI77 will aim to resolve the matter and communicate an outcome within 14 business days of the suspension being applied. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, remaining real-money balances (net of bonuses) may be returned at MBI77's sole discretion following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. MBI77 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC requirements.

MBI77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, please make use of the tools and resources available to you.

The following responsible gambling tools are available directly through your MBI77 Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to manage your gambling spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you of the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed. Contact[email protected] to initiate.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications summarising your session activity and net gaming position.

MBI77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a player — MBI77 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments (such as clarifications, corrections, or additions that do not materially affect existing player rights) may be implemented without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the MBI77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. MBI77 operates the Platform for the Malaysian market, and all player-facing transactions are denominated in MYR via Malaysian payment partners.

In the event of a dispute regarding Game outcomes, account matters, bonus terms, or any other Platform-related issue, you are encouraged to first submit a formal complaint to the MBI77 support team via the contact details in Section 16. MBI77 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days from acknowledgement.

MBI77's decision on disputed matters — including but not limited to Game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — shall be final, subject only to applicable law. Players who remain unsatisfied after the formal complaints process may seek recourse through applicable consumer protection channels.
